Not guilty!!! I've never bought the green can stuff, and it's probably the reason I hated Parmeason cheese for years, couldn't even stand the smell of it.

The real McCoy is totally different and I find it acceptable although have never cooked with it myself.

That's a great shot, it should be in the cookbook, 'pasta for dummies' This whole series should be for that matter.
